    "description": "The initial purchase of fitness equipment was in and around 2012/2013, there have been several improvements and purchases made to the stock of equipment and the infrastructure in the Tone Zone gyms at the Heights, Medina and Westridge. \r\n\r\nThe works/purchases over time have been facilitated by equipment coming to the end of its useful life and also changes in the facilities and also the trends associated with fitness.\r\n\r\nA sum of money is put aside each year from the membership income and this is predominantly spent on these enhancements/replacements and is needed to continue to realise the budgeted income associated with the fitness areas.\r\n",
