    "description": "We have a requirement for a Project Manager to work with our officers and contractors to review the feasibility of consolidating our waste depots. \\r\r\nCornwall Council are building a new integrated transfer station and MRF at Hallenbeagle, near Scorrier, Cornwall which will be operated by Suez. The site is still in construction, and there may be opportunity to co-locate some collection and cleansing operations, operated by Biffa, onto this site. Ideally, we would reduce depots and save costs by consolidation of operations at the new facility.",
