    "description": "The appointed contractor will be required to lead on the progression of the below work packages. \r\nW001 - Project Inception\r\nSchedule an inception meeting with key members of proposed project team and develop Project Initiation Documentation (PID) including development and maintenance of a suitable project plan, stakeholder engagement plan and risk register. All PID documentation will need to be reviewed and approved by the client before the project commences to the next work package stage. \r\nW002 - Supporting the Delivery of the lorry parking scheme \r\nKey elements include: \r\n-\tProgramme board pre and post planning\r\n-\tSend Evidence template to sites starting works, collate pre-works photos, collate/chase evidence\r\n-\tReconcile all invoices from contractors to site and agree on amount to be invoiced from applicant to NH\r\n-\tDetailed engagement with lorry parking operators and support \r\n-\tManagement of funding agreements\r\n-\tSite visits - Governance and post-build checks\r\n-\tBeing the point of contact between the sites and the commercial team for commercial queries, gap filling incomplete information, and handling queries from the site and from the NH / AECOM team in relation to applications\r\n-\tDeveloping and managing agreements, supplier, subsidiary control, and due diligence trackers\r\n-\tProducing detailed payment forecasting information for each month until the end of the scheme\r\n-\tHigh-level data gathering on facilities prior and post works\r\n-\tDevelop a RIS3 programme\r\n-\tCase studies\r\nW003 - Monitoring and Evaluation Plan\r\nProvide a methodology, a baseline of data and locations to undertake M\u0026E across the sites that have been delivered through the Lorry Parking Facilities Improvements Programme to date.\r\n\r\nW003 - Monitoring and Evaluation \r\nImplement the monitoring and evaluation plan from WP 002 to ensure effective assessment of the project\u0026apos;s:\r\n\r\n-\tProcess evaluation\r\n-\tImpact evaluation (Outputs \u0026 Outcomes)\r\n-\tEconomic evaluation \r\n\r\nW004 - Project close out \r\nProduce a final task report which incorporates lessons learnt with next steps and recommendations.",
