We will give greater preference to more local companies who have satisfactory references.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n1.\tConstruction of Machine Grading\r\n\r\nTo strip off surface as required and machine grade existing sub-base to correct lines and levels, adding newly imported as required to make up levels.\r\n\r\nAll unwanted materials to be loaded to lorries and transported from site.\r\n\r\nAll to be power rolled to levels to receive tarmac surface - area totalling 900 m2\r\n\r\n2.\tConcrete Path Edgings 172 lm\r\n\r\nLay concrete path edgings on dry mixed concrete (lean mix) to correct levels to form a boarder for the car park, lay wet concrete on back edge and neatly trowel to prevent displacement.\r\n\r\n3.\tStormwater Drainage Dispersal Channels 34 lm\r\n\r\nLay preformed drainage channel on dry mixed concrete (lean mix) to correct levels and falls, connect new channels to existing storm water outlet and to clear existing storm water outlet. Apply wet concrete on back edges of drainage channel and neatly trowel to prevent displacement.\r\n\r\n4.\tConstruction of Tarmac Binder Course\r\n\r\nTo construct 20mm nominal size aggregate EN131081 (AC20 densebin) binder course to correct lines and levels to a compacted thickness of 30-50 mm.\r\n\r\n5.\tConstruction of Tarmac Surface Course\r\n\r\nTwo coat method - 50 mm of AC20 binder course and 30 mm of  AC10 dense surf. (80 mm total thickness)\r\n\r\nApply single coat extra over for hardwearing \u0027A\u0027 road quality stone mastic asphalt.\r\n\r\n6.\tLine Marking\r\n\r\nTo mark out in hot applied thermoplastic line marking paint estimated 30-50 no. parking bays.\r\n\r\n7.\tInstall Granite Sets to Entrance\r\n\r\nTo install a single row of 200 x 100 x 100 mm granite sets across gate line and extending 5m each side into the car park a 100mm wide margin with fully pointed joints.\r\n\r\nInstall a speed restricting ramp to the car park sid",
