    "description": "The duration of the entire contract is 3 months, deriving of the following roles:\r\n\r\nOperational Model Lead - 3 months\r\n\r\nLead on the development of the Online Crime Centre (\"OCC\") detailed Operational Model design for Years 1-3: this includes the following:\r\n\r\n- organisation design (roles, reporting lines etc),\r\n- interaction model governance,\r\n- high-level priority process mapping\r\n\r\nOutput: Delivery of operational model for years 1 to 3 as agreed with the Programme Lead and ratified by the Steering Board\r\n\r\n\r\nOperational Model Support and People Strategy - 3 months\r\n\r\n- Support the development of the OCC detailed Op Model design for Years 1-3\r\n- Lead on the drafting of necessary job descriptions\r\n-Lead on the longer-term recruitment approach / strategy\r\n\r\nOutput: Delivery of People Strategy as agreed with the Programme Lead and ratified by the Steering Board\r\n\r\nSenior Business Analyst - Evaluation - 6 weeks\r\n\r\nResearch and produce a report evaluating the benefits of Year 0 and what has been delivered through pilots and other OCC workstreams.\r\n\r\nThe report will be largely qualitative, with some quantitative inputs where available.\r\nOutput: Evaluation Report for Year 0 to be agreed by Home Office analysts that the method matches their evaluation methodology and robustly supports the business case.\r\n\r\n\r\nQuality Assurance - 2 days p/month\r\n\r\nAssure the quality of:\r\n- Operating Model\r\n- People Strategy\r\n- Evaluation report.",
