We require support to continually provide those services which it is commissioned to deliver the standards in relation to the management of medical devices.  This includes: \r\n\r\n\u2022\tDetails of warranty terms and end date (the provider must not be undertaking work covered within the warranty period)\r\n\u2022\tHow each device is maintained and repaired, and by whom\r\n\u2022\tArrangements for planned maintenance and repair \r\n\u2022\tArrangements for the most suitable persons/providers to carry out the work\r\n\u2022\tArrangements to ensure items subject to inspection, maintenance, repair or disposal are decontaminated beforehand \r\n\u2022\tThe timescale for planned maintenance\r\n\u2022\tThe timescale for repairs to be completed\r\n\u2022\tProviding a maintenance database validated for its intended use and functionality.",
