    "description": "NHSBT has a requirement to enhance the engagement with its workforce through the effective application of a \"Voice of the Employee\" (VoE) engagement platform.\r\n \r\nThis procurement activity is to deliver the Voice of the Employee (VoE) platform (part of the NHSBT employee life cycle). This platform shall be applied to survey, analyse, and track in real time the level of engagement of its employees. NHSBT people directorate has conducted research that has indicated that to effectively measure employee engagement, successful organisations must take a regular listening approach.
