1. BACKGROUND 1.1 This Further Competition (FC) is being issued by Beckfoot Trust to procure Catering Services for 3 years with the option for two one-year extensions via the Ethical & Sustainable Supply DPS. 1.2 Beckfoot Trust wish to acquire a fully managed Catering Service for all schools across their Trust. The main objective of this requirement is to increase the uptake in the Trusts school meal service to ensure all children are receiving a hot, healthy meal. 2.
