    "description": "The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is seeking to appoint an additional resource that \r\nwill work closely with the Owner, current Operator resource and the Midland Metro Alliance (MMA) \r\nto carry out design review related services and technical advice. The resource will help to provide \r\nthe Owner and Operator with assurance that what is required is being developed whilst working \r\nwith the MMA design team to encourage best practice. The Owner\u0027s Team Technical Advisor \r\n(OTTA) will also be required to advise the Owner and Operator of any concerns that are identified\r\nand raise those concerns with the MMA for close out through the design process.",
