    "description": "*Awarded Contract via SWPA Framework*\r\nFire Safety Works \r\n\r\nProject Description\r\n\r\nSwindon Borough Council are looking to appoint a contractor to undertake the provision of passive fire protection works to various Supported and Sheltered Housing schemes throughout the Borough of Swindon. The works comprise of fire door installation, the replacement of flat entrance and communal fire doors. In addition, fire stopping works to service penetrations and ducting, ensuring that compartments achieve adequate fire resistance.   \r\n\r\n\r\nThe initial contract term will be for 2 Years commencing on 3rd March 2025.
