    "description": "The Council of the Borough of Kirklees is seeking to establish a programme for the delivery of tutor-led, non-accredited, community-based numeracy/mathematics courses. \r\n\r\nPeople who improve their numeracy skills are more likely to be in employment, have higher wages, and better wellbeing. Gaining a maths qualification at Level 2 or equivalent also unlocks the door to progress to higher levels of free training to secure a skilled job in our economy. \r\n\r\nThis procurement exercise for Count Me In (the \"Services\") is being conducted as a General Further Competition (\"Further Competition\") under the Electronic Market Place (EMP) Ref: KMCAS-164; Provision of Adult Education, Training, Employment \u0026 Lifelong Learning (the \"EMP\").\r\n\r\nThe estimated value of the Services to be awarded is \u00a3310,000 for the duration of the contract 1st September 2025 to 31st May 2027 (2 x Academic years). \r\n\r\nThe anticipated commencement date for the Call-off Contract(s) is 1st September 2025.",
