To provide suitable power, lighting and ventilation for the stall-holders, as well as a welcoming atmosphere for customers. 3-4 spaces will be provided in the centre of the Market Hall between the first 4 sets of metal pillars as you enter the market via the Southerly doors. After reinstating the existing (disconnected) shutter vents, adequate airflow should be provided via the high ceilings. Food will be served from concessions between the pillars into the upper area of the Market Hall while Pedestrian access and egress will be via the lower area of the Market Hall.",
