    "description": "The Army has an enduring need for passive weapon locating capability to enhance battle winning counter fires and increase the Warfighting Division\u0027s lethality.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nSuppliers Instructions How to Express Interest in this Tender:\r\n\r\n1. Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once)\r\n\r\n- Browse to the eSourcing Portal\r\n\r\n- Click the \"Click here to register\" link\r\n\r\n- Accept the terms and conditions and click \"continue\"\r\n\r\n- Enter your correct business and user details\r\n\r\n- Note the username you chose and click \"Save\" when complete\r\n\r\n- You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure)\r\n\r\n2. Express an Interest in the tender\r\n\r\n- Login to the portal with the username/password\r\n\r\n- Click the \"PQQs Open to All Suppliers\" link.
