    "description": "The University of Worcester\u0027s Community and Security Team are looking to operate a hybrid system of working where both University and contracted Security Staff work together to provide a professional, excellent security service to the University. \r\n      \r\n      The purpose of the contract is to provide Security on a regular required basis, from an external security provider in term time (approximately 40 weeks of the year), this contract will also cover ad hoc works on a required basis to include but not exclusively event work, holiday and sickness cover this is to ensure a smooth seamless service, ensuring the safety of staff, students and visitors to University sites 24 hours a day 7 days a week all year round.",
