    "description": "We are seeking to procure the barrows required for the council to provide the newly insourced street cleansing service.  The new service will commence on 1st April 2025.   \r\n\r\nThe products required need to meet the following brief:\r\n\r\nThe barrows will be used for street-based operatives for the collection of litter and segregation of waste, and the transportation of related equipment. \r\n\r\nThe features of the barrows include but are not limited to:\r\n\r\nDesign Features\r\nFront moulding\r\nSuitable tyres\r\nCollection containers\r\nJockey wheels\r\nReflectors\r\nBrush brackets\r\nSack retention system on one container.\r\n\r\nColours\r\nFrame: Grey.\r\nContainer bases: Grey.\r\nLids and front moulding: please provide colour options.\r\n\r\nExtras\r\nSack hooks\r\nBrake unit\r\nExtra refuse sack retention band and fixings. \r\nOperators box compartment\r\nRecycling divider\r\n\r\nMaterials\r\nCoated steel frame\r\nHeavy duty plastic containers\r\n\r\nDimensions\r\nContainer capacity: 2 x 100 litres\r\nTotal height: not to exceed 1000mm\r\nTotal length: not to exceed 1900mm\r\nTotal width: not to exceed 650mm\r\nTotal weight: not to exceed 60kg \r\n",
