Description

The Council has in place an existing contract for cleaning services at Corporate Properties across the county. This includes Offices, Day Care Centres, Libraries, Archives, Depot's etc. This will now be re-procured. At present there are approx. 70 properties within the existing contract however, this number may reduce over the next three years as the Council continues its programme of consolidation of assets. The contract period is a maximum of 4 years, this is based on a 2 year initial term plus 2 optional extensions of up to 12 months each.
