    "description": "West Northamptonshire Council wishes to appoint Framework Providers in 4 Lots to provide a range of Security Services.\r\n \r\nThe framework is split into four lots:\r\n\r\no Lot 1 - Core Security Guarding Service\r\n 1 supplier awarded the contract - Direct award call off\r\n\r\no Lot 2 - Ad hoc Security Guarding Services\r\nmultiple suppliers on a call off basis via a further competition.\r\n\r\no Lot 3 - Security Electronics and Installations\r\nmultiple suppliers on a call off basis via a further competition.\r\n\r\no Lot 4 - Out of Hours Services, Monitoring and Maintenance\r\n1 supplier awarded the contract - Direct award call off\r\n\r\nSuppliers can tender for one or more lots.\r\nThere will be no guarantee of work or volume of work to be given under this framework.\r\n\r\nTotal contract value = ?32,248,000   \r\n\r\nBy way of access agreement, this framework is open to current and new Authority customers seeking to utilise the Authority\u0027s frameworks on an independent third-party basis\r\n\r\n\r\nVariant bids not offered.\r\nTransfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) may apply\r\nto this opportunity.\r\n\r\nThe Authority proposes to establish a framework agreement across four (4) lots for a fixed period of 48 months.  The framework start date will be 18 November 2024.\r\n\r\nThe Authority proposes to enter into one (1) contract for Lot 1 for an initial period of 36 months with the preferred Potential Supplier, with an option to extend for a further 12 months making 48 months in total. \r\n \r\nThe Authority proposes to call off via mini competition for Lot 2 for individual requirements and proposes to enter into a contract with the preferred Potential Supplier(s) for the required period of time to deliver the requirement(s). \r\n\r\nThe Authority proposes to call off via mini competition for Lot 3 for individual requirements and proposes to enter into a contract with the preferred Potential Supplier(s) for the required period of time to deliver the requirement(s). \r\n\r\nThe Authority proposes to enter into one (1) contract for Lot 4 for an initial period of 36 months with the preferred Potential Supplier, with an option to extend for a further 12 months making 48 months in total. \r\n\r\nIf your organisation wishes to participate in this process, you need to register with In-Tend Portal.
