The Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to undertake relevant energy data analysis and modelling, cost analysis and a detailed pipeline of key projects and their phasing to support the energy transition in Cambridgeshire to Net Zero by 2045. LAEP will then become key evidence for Cambridgeshire Local Authorities and their Local Plans for land use planning for energy projects and infrastructure.\\r\r\nThe Authority proposes to enter into one Contract for an initial period of nine (9) months with the preferred bidder, with an option to extend for a further three (3) months, making twelve (12) months in total",
