Description

The contract will cover all work involved in providing Automatic Door Service, Maintenance and Repairs at sites across Kirklees. This will include: • Undertake a PPM service to all automatic doors • Issue a service report for each asset and visit • Provide a logbook to each site • Submit monthly progress reports • Attend monthly contract meetings and provide information as required • Only where requested, action remedial works in accordance with this specification. • An emergency call-out service in case of breakdown or vandal damage to carry out repairs or any necessary making safe; with a response time go no more than two (2) hours, to be available twenty-four (24) hours per day every day for the duration of the contract period (plus any extensions)
