The term \u0027Life Safety System(s)\u0027 is deemed to include the following assets and their associated networks:\r\n\u2022 Fire alarms\r\n\u2022 Disabled refuge systems\r\n\u2022 Hard of hearing fire warning pagers systems\r\n\u2022 Emergency lighting\r\n\u2022 Fire hydrants\r\n\u2022 Fire barriers\r\n\u2022 Fire dampers\r\n\u2022 Fire suppressors\r\n\r\nThe University proposes to enter into a Contract for an initial term of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further period of 3 years. The option to extend will be exercised at the sole discretion of Aston University. The contract shall commence on 01st August 2025.\r\n\r\nEstimated Contract Value: \u00a32,400,000 (exc. VAT)",
