Equans spend an average of \u00a316m a year on these services. This scope of services will be treated as a minimum standard, which may change depending on the specific requirements on each site.  \r\n\r\nThe Subcontractor is expected to respond on the attachment 2. PQQ Water Treatment Response, and email their response to the notified email address at the bottom of this document, any missing detail will be treated as non-compliant and will not be processed beyond this PQQ stage.",
