    "description": "The Council requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced single Supplier to provide an on-site service to all its compaction equipment at 13 sites covering both:\\r\r\n\u2022\tplanned preventative maintenance (PPM) \\r\r\nand,\\r\r\n\u2022\treactive maintenance (RM) \\r\r\nThe scope of the services required includes provision of:\\r\r\n\u2022\tAll labour, including management supervision and overheads;\\r\r\n\u2022\tTravel time and mileage costs;\\r\r\n\u2022\tEquipment, tools and materials;\\r\r\n\u2022\tSourcing and supply of parts;\\r\r\n\u2022\tA web-based recording system to generate and provide reports of work carried out including costs and parts, and machine condition reports following each service or repair visit.\\r\r\n\u2022\tRemote Council access via any internet enabled device to the Supplier\u0027s web-based system.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe contract has the following service delivery components:\\r\r\n\u2022\ta planned scheduled delivery of a defined service (PPM)\\r\r\n\u2022\tan undefined, but planned delivery of scheduled work (RM planned)\\r\r\n\u2022\tan undefined and unplanned delivery of work (RM reactive).",
