The Client has several significant construction and infrastructure projects as part of the Additional 20,000 prison Places Delivery Programme and the Capital Maintenance and Minor Works Programme, and all the affected sites are time critical and critical construction projects involving prison and court capacity. Works for Package 3 are being delivered under 2 contracts, one under PPC2000 terms and one under NEC4 terms. Where schedules/appendices to the contracts are the same for both contracts, one has been uploaded to this notice, named 'NEC-PPC'.
