    "description": "Please provide a detailed description of the notice you are adding: \r\nThe Contracting Authority (NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board) has awarded a Call-Off Contract for provision of a Clinical Decision Support tool for primary care in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, using via a compliant Call-Off under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14), Lot 2: Cloud software.\r\n\r\nAs a result of the evaluation undertaken, ARDEN\u0026apos;S HEALTH INFORMATICS LIMITED was selected as Preferred Bidder. The \u0026apos;Ardens Clinical\u0026apos; provision is a Clinical Decision Support tool for Primary Care that provides access to evidence-based resources based upon current guidance, including clinical templates, alerts, reports, formularies, protocols and referral forms to support standardization of best practice, and protection of patient safety as well as efficiencies.\r\n\r\nThe contract commences 01st April 2025 and expires 31st March 2026 with an option to extend for a further 12 months until 31st March 2027. The total annual value of this Call-Off Contract is \u00a3455,303.36 (excluding VAT) and \u00a3546,364.03 (including VAT). The aggregate contract value, including the extension period, is \u00a3910,606.72 (excluding VAT) and \u00a31,092,728.06 (including VAT).\r\n\r\nThe Procurement Act guidance (Guidance: transitional and saving arrangements (HTML) - GOV.UK) states that any contracts awarded through a framework agreement under the previous legislation will continue to be managed in accordance with that legislation. As such, this call-off contract awarded under RM1557.14 - G Cloud 14 Framework that was established on 29/10/2024 under the PCR will continue to require publication of the relevant notices for that framework under the PCR until the call-off contract is terminated (for whatever reason), even if the framework itself has ended.\u202fThis Contract Award Notice is being published in accordance with the requirements for sub-central contracting authorities, NHS Trusts and NHS Foundation Trusts where the contract value is at least \u00a330,000 inclusive of VAT in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.",
