    "description": "The National Trust is looking for an external consultant to deliver a creative, inclusive and participatory co-design process for the Communities programme of Nature Towns and Cities, a UK-wide mission to bring nature and green space to urban areas for everyone\u0027s benefit, backed by public, private and third sector organisations. \r\n\r\nThe successful consultant will: \r\n(1)\tThoroughly understand the enablers and barriers affecting hyperlocal VCSE organisations\u0027 ability to create, improve and care for nature in their neighbourhoods, and enable more time people to connect with nature on their doorstep.\r\n(2)\tEngage participants in discussion and interrogation of some potential solutions and interventions for tackling issues at the systemic level.\r\n(3)\tDevelop solutions and interventions with those who will be involved in their implementation (including the Nature Towns and Cities Coalition members).\r\n(4)\tIn so far as possible, secure the buy-in and where necessary participation of key actors in the solutions and interventions that have been developed.\r\n\r\nSubmission deadline is February 13th at 4pm.\r\nw/c 23rd Feb - interview best candidates\r\nW/c 2nd Mar - contract commencement\r\n\r\nThe tender is being conducted via the Proactis Plaza portal.\r\nhttp://www.proactisplaza.com/\r\n \r\nSearch for The National Trust in the opportunities section and follow the instructions.",
