    "description": "This procurement falls under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (the \"PCR\u0027s\"), CPV code 75124000 Administrative recreational, cultural and religious services. The proposed strategy is an Open procedure with two lots: Lot 1 Praed Street and Lot 2 Westbourne Grove/Queensway.
