    "description": "The service will be provided using NHS funding for post-discharge support for mental health patients in Nottinghamshire and Nottingham City. This funding enables the Provider to identify any blockages to discharge where a person is \u0027clinically well enough\u0027 leave inpatient care and support people to overcome those difficulties and facilitate a timely return to the community. The provision may include, but is not limited to, equipping people with a digital device and 4G/Wi-Fi data access to shop, pay bills and keep in touch with family, friends and support agencies whilst staying safe during the Covid pandemic and paying deposits to landlords, arranging furniture packages, buying clothing and paying for transport for people on wards or at risk of admission who are without a tenancy of their own and struggling to access social housing quickly enough due to rent arrears for example.",
