    "description": "The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to replace the existing Electrical Underfloor \u0026 Ceiling Heating and Electric Hot Water Systems within 29 Sheltered Housing Dwellings and Communal areas at 1-29 Sibley Court Sheltered Housing Scheme.\r\n\r\nFull Address : Sibley Court, 54a New Road, Hillingdon, UB8 3DY\r\n\r\nThe works will broadly comprise of the replacement of existing Ceiling and Under Floor Heating with wall mounted electric radiators and the replacement of Existing Hot Water Cylinders. \r\n\r\nIt includes; but not limited to the design, supply, and installation, commissioning and hand-over of a complete Electrical Heating \u0026 Hot Water Systems. It includes the provision of O\u0026M Manuals and training to Hillingdon Housing Service (HHS) representative in charge of the block. \r\n\r\nThe Installer is expected to provide his rates for the entire Schedule of Works (SOW) listed even if the work is to be performed by a sub-Installer or specialist Contractor. It is the Tenderer\u0027s responsibility to obtain the required rates from specialist sub-Contractors to complete the pricing schedule. \r\n\r\nSite Surveys will be carried out on 19/02/25 between 10am-12pm, all contractors are to confirm attendance prior to attending by emailing jphillips1@hillngdon.gov.uk, all other communication must be made through Tender portal.",
