Overview\r\nThe works comprise the supply and installation of steel sheet piling to support temporary and permanent structures across the A66 NTP Project, BBA Section 3b.\r\n\r\n2. Detailed Scope\r\n2.1 Supply of Materials\r\nThe Contractor shall supply:\r\n\u2022\tSteel sheet piles in various profile sizes, complete with corrosion protection and cut to length requirements.  \r\n2.2 Installation of Sheet Piles\r\nThe Contractor shall undertake:\r\n\u2022\tPile installation works including driving, vibration, pre drilling, cutting, interlock connections, tie rods, waling and bracing systems. \r\n\u2022\t Removal of sheet piles upon completion of works. \r\n2.3 Associated Works\r\nThe Contractor shall complete associated activities including:\r\n\u2022\tPile guide frames\r\n\u2022\tDewatering screens\r\n\u2022\tStructural support components\r\n2.4 Pre Construction \u0026 Site Activities\r\nActivities include:\r\n\u2022\tMobilisation and site establishment\r\n\u2022\tSetting out\r\n\u2022\tQA testing\r\n\u2022\tPreparation of record drawings and certification\r\n2.5 Coordination Requirements\r\nThe Contractor shall coordinate with related project disciplines including foundations, drainage and earthworks teams. \r\n________________________________________\r\n3. Standards \u0026 Compliance\r\nAll works must be carried out in accordance with:\r\n\u2022\tBD 21/01\r\n\u2022\tNational Highways Specification\r\n\u2022\tRelevant BS/EN/Eurocode standards\r\n\u2022\tCDM Regulations\r\n\r\n________________________________________\r\n4. Key Supplier Requirements\r\nThe Contractor must:\r\n\u2022\tDemonstrate capability to manage CDM and SHES risks \r\n\u2022\tProvide method statements, vibration and noise mitigation plans \r\n\u2022\tCoordinate closely with Temporary Works Designers\r\n\u2022\tCollaborate with the Balfour Beatty site and engineering teams \r\n\u2022\tSubmit all required QA documentation, including testing and certification evidence \r\n________________________________________\r\n5. Procurement \u0026 Delivery Model (Informational Context Only)\r\nA competitive tender process will be conducted to select a single supply and install partner for consistency, scalability and value.\r\n(You can exclude this section if you only need the technical scope.) \r\n________________________________________\r\n6. Risks \u0026 Mitigation - Contractor Responsibilities\r\nThe Contractor shall support risk management in areas including:\r\n\u2022\tEarly award and resource confirmation to reduce over commitment risks \r\n\u2022\tManaging vibration and settlement risks through pre condition surveys and real time monitoring\r\n\u2022\tMitigating design or construction clashes through integrated design reviews and 3D coordination \r\n\u2022\tMinimising traffic management delays via advanced planning and flexible work slots \r\n\u2022\tManaging steel/fuel cost volatility through early procurement and index linked pricing mechanisms \r\n________________________________________\r\n7. Deliverables\r\nThe Contractor shall provide:\r\n\u2022\tComplete installation of specified sheet piling works\r\n\u2022\tFull QA documentation including test results and certification \r\n\u2022\tAs built / record drawings",
