We provide tailored support to help participants progress in their journey, to deal with their barriers and get into sustainable employment. It is therefore crucial support is accessible and timely. \r\n \r\nDue to the nature of our delivery, we are seeking Intervention Partners to meet the demand for self-employment support. The provision will support our participants across England. \r\n \r\nSeetec require a provider who can deliver tailored self-employment support to our participants who are unemployed/economically inactive and need support to help them start or grow their businesses.  \r\n\r\nThe self-employment support should include:  \r\n- 121 meetings with a business advisor \r\n- Creating a tailored action plan and business plan to suit the participants unique needs and goals \r\n- Assistance with business registration  \r\n- Guidance on completing tax returns  \r\n- Support with navigating Universal Credit for the self-employed  \r\n- In work support for the participant once their business is up and running \r\n- A range or workshops to support with: \r\n- Business planning \r\n- Marketing \r\n- Social media (Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram etc.) \r\n- Websites \u0026 domains \r\n- Business finances  \r\n- Understanding self-employment \r\n\r\nIdeally with this support should include a mix of face-to-face delivery with the business advisor and wrap around online support as well.  \r\n\r\nThe participants should receive support for 6-12 months to ensure they can start and grow their business and can sustain their self-employment.  \r\n\r\nThe successful Bidder will need to work closely with Seetec\u0027s validation team to confirm participants\u0027 job outcomes.  \r\n\r\nSeetec hold contracts across several government departments, spanning multiple geographies across the Southwest, East of England, Midlands, Northwest and London. The provider must be able to deliver, as a minimum, across the Southwest.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: Seetec reserves the right to award the contract to one or more providers depending on the applications received and the successful providers will be included onto our database of Intervention Partners. \r\n\r\nPayment Mechanism: \r\nSpot purchase basis with no guaranteed volumes.  \r\n\r\nSeetec Contracting entity: \r\nSeetec Business Technology Centre (SBTC) \r\n\r\nThis procurement is to deliver services across England for participants on Seetec\u0027s employability programmes. However, referrals may come from the Employability, Business \u0026 Training or Communities \u0026 Education business units, which trade under the following names: \r\n- Seetec Business Technology Centre (SBTC) \r\n- Seetec Pluss Ltd \r\n- Pluss CIC \r\n- Tribal Business Solutions  \r\n\r\nStandard T\u0026Cs attached for information in addition to these there will be KPIs and SLAs to include: \r\n- Participant progress updates \r\n- Attendance reporting \r\n- Case study submissions \r\n- Contract management reviews \r\n- Success rates for Job Starts and Job Outcomes \r\n\r\nSpecific requirements and capabilities: \r\n- Supplier must be able to deliver tailored self-employment support to individuals.  \r\n- Supplier must have experience working with participants who are unemployed or economically inactive.  \r\n- Supplier must pass the Seetec due diligence process once notified of intent to award (template attached for your information). \r\n- Supplier must submit the rate card template provided which should include the full list of services they are able to provide. \r\n- Any bids that do not answer all questions or requirements will be immediately discounted, and the supplier will not be notified.",
