    "description": "High Risk Asbestos removals and reinstatement works\r\n\r\nThe Brief scope of works for WC1701346 includes the removal of asbestos debris from the boiler room floor (AK0117) and from the roofs of AKL 232 and AKL 233, followed by the replacement of the removed roof sections and installation of new ceilings. The works also comprise the removal and replacement of existing roof cladding, soffit boards, fascia boards, and rainwater goods at AK006G. In addition, existing lighting circuits and fittings within AKL 232 and AKL 233 will be disconnected and removed, with new lighting circuits and fittings installed in their place. The scope further includes the installation of a new fire alarm smoke detector system serving AKL 232 and AKL 233.\r\n\r\nThe Provisional Key Tender dates for the project are as follows:\r\n\r\n-              Expression of interest: Monday 22/12/2025  \r\n-              Expression of interest return: Thursday 08/01/2026 \r\n-              Invitation to Tender: Friday 09/01/2026\r\n-              Tender Return Date: Monday 09/02/2026\r\n-              Contract award: Monday16/03/2026\r\n-              Commencement of work:  Tuesday 17/03/2026\r\n-              Completion of work: Friday 31/07/2026\r\n\r\nThe currency of this project is Euro (\u20ac).\r\n\r\nThe location of this project is Akrotiri, Cyprus (British Forces).\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nAny company wishing to participate in this tender should complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and the EOI form which are attached and return them electronically to the above email address by no later than 12:00 EET on 08/01/2026.  \r\n\r\nFor companies that have submitted a PQQ within the last 12 months, there is no requirement to re-submit it.
