    "description": "Mace Dragados require a specialist subcontractor to carry out the rendering works for the Magic Circle listed building adjacent to Euston Station in London. \r\n      \r\n      The works will comprise steel framing system, insulation, render, brickwork/blockwork (to the bottom 3.4m) and GRP cornices . We propose to let a single subcontract covering all of these works on a labour plant and materials basis .\r\n      \r\n      See attached drawings which describe the works required. \r\n      \r\n      The specified EWI System is by Wetherby Laroc and any subcontractor we propose to employ would have to be acceptable to them.",
