    "description": "The South Downs National Park was designated in March 2010 in recognition of it\u0027s landscapes and scenic beauty, and the South Downs National Park Authority (\"the Authority\") was established in April 2011. \r\n      \r\n      The Authority is carrying out a review and update of the South Downs Local Plan (SDLP) and South Downs Partnership Management Plan (PMP).
