The project will seek to deliver good quality, sustainable business units for the local business community at the same time as generating a sustainable financial return on investment for the Council. \r\n      Access to the site will be from Farningham Road to the southeast of the site. The site will broadly consist of, two terraced warehouse units, car park (with EV charging points), bin store and a bicycle store. The site has steep banks to the north and west require retaining structures. The site also has a large area of Tree Preservation Orders, also to the north and west (mainly situated on the banks).\r\n      Please see the details in the contract documentation.",
