Description

PICASSO is a Category A Programme that delivers and sustains the critical production, exploitation, and dissemination of assured geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) information and services, across approx. 70 systems and services. Defence relies on these services to understand, plan, navigate and target. This requires specialist Knowledge, Skills, and Experience (KSE) that cannot be sustained within the Civil Service and must be acquired through Client-side support contracts.
