Surrey Police and Sussex Police are looking for a replacement for EoL voice systems is the Avaya Aura CM10 High availability (CM10 HA) and Avaya J139 IP handsets which aligns to Surrey & Sussex Police operational and service requirements. Or equivalent Voice systems & phones models will be accepted however potential providers will need to provide justification that the proposed voice systems or phone model is of equivalent or better standard than preferred model
