    "description": "Raunds Town Council invites tenders for the supply of gas and electricity to its operational properties, in preparation for the expiry of its current energy contract on 30th September 2025. The new contract will begin on 1st October 2025 and will cover all sites managed by the Council.\r\n\r\nThe Council seeks a reliable and competitively priced energy supplier offering a fixed-term contract of up to three years, inclusive of all standing charges and unit rates for both gas and electricity.\r\n\r\nTo ensure consistency in evaluation, all quotations must be completed using the pricing template provided in Appendix 3.
