    "description": "Westward Housing Group (WHG) wish to appoint contractors to provide services across our stock portfolio. Contractors will be required to provide advice, quotations and scaffolding erection and removal to WHG properties as and when required. \r\n\r\nThe tender is divided into five Lots by geographical area:\r\n\r\nLot 1\tWest Cornwall to Bodmin\t\t(all TR postcodes)\r\n\r\nLot 2\tMid \u0026 East Cornwall and Plymouth\t(all PL postcodes)\r\n\r\nLot 3\tSouth Devon\t\t\t\t(all TQ postcodes)\r\n\r\nLot 4\tEast Devon and Taunton\t\t(EX1-17 \u0026 EX24)\r\n\r\nLot 5\tNorth Devon\t\t\t\t(EX18-23 \u0026 EX31-39)\r\n\r\n \r\nYou may bid for any number of lots.\r\nYou must be able to service the entire area of your chosen Lot(s).\r\nIn the pricing document is a tab for you to indicate which Lots you are applying for.\r\n\r\n\r\nThe Framework\r\n\r\nThe tender will generate a maximum of three contractors for each geographical area. It will be at the procuring officers\u0027 discretion to apportion the works based on value for money, previous performance with the framework and availability of contractor to complete the works. \r\nA mini competition may be undertaken, where the requirement is of a more complex nature, or the value is estimated to be in excess of \u00a330,000.\r\nWestward Housing Group withholds the right to retender the framework or exclude a contractor from the framework should they choose to legally do so. \r\n\r\n",
