    "description": "Natural Capital is defined as all Client works associated with ecology, landscaping and soil management, restoration and the associated quality assurance.\r\n       \r\n      The Client has an in-house team of ecologists, landscape and agricultural \u0026 soils professionals, but additional support, mainly provided via Subcontracted Secondments, but also to a lesser extent Subcontracted Services, is required to a varying degree throughout each season and construction year. As the largest construction project in Europe, with a clear aspiration to provide No Net Loss in terms of biodiversity, ecology, site restoration and landscaping are at the heart of the Client\u0027s large and complex construction project.  \r\n      The Secondments and Services will be both desk and site-based and will use the Natural Capital Professional Services Consultant\u0027s facilities and/or the Client site offices, compounds or construction sites, for specific activities as requested by the Client.",
