    "description": "This contract was awarded prior to the implementation of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023. As such, it is not subject to the notification requirements of either regime. This notice is published voluntarily for transparency and good governance purposes.\r\nRooftop Housing Group (RHG) has entered the plus two years phase of our original procurement of housing management services and software from Aareon UK Limited. The contract covers the supply and  implementation of, and ongoing support for, an Integrated Housing Management (IHM) Solution.  \r\nThe original tender for the contract allowed for an extension of two years from the fifth anniversary of the IHM Solution implementation \u0027Go Live\u0027 date which was 4 May 2020. A modification to contract is now required to extend the extension period by one further year, i.e., +2+1. The contract modification total award value is \u00a3162,000 inclusive of VAT.\r\nThis modification is required to support the thorough review of business requirements and the possible IHM Solution replacement and implementation (which would be subject to new procurement). This review includes business financial planning and investment evaluation required to support such a system change.",
