Description

Reviewing the Council's contractual agreement and licenses, examining the leases, critically compare these arrangements to the marketplace and develop a detailed report with supporting evidence that will enable the Council to make an informed decision as to the settlement figure. The purpose of the rent review is to seek a settlement at a figure which is considered to be the full market rent for the subject space as at the review date in accordance with the lease terms and best practice.
