The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to provide ongoing specialist advice in relation to economic viability in relation to its Planning Services. Primarily the advice will be in relation to the planning applications and the ability of securing planning obligations. However, occasionally other viability advice in relation to other functions within Planning Services may be sought. The Council is looking for consultants to be retained primarily for the period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2028, although there may be the option to extend this by 12 months if it is mutually beneficial to the Council and the consultants and depending on progress with critical pieces of work.
