    "description": "The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of works in respect of the full refurbishment of the hydraulic goods lift located in Market Hall, Market Harborough, inclusive of the removal and disposal of the existing equipment and all associated temporary, builders, electrical and decorative works, unless specifically detailed otherwise.\r\n\r\nThe aim of this contract is:\r\n\u2022\tto provide a refurbishment that is inclusive of all provisions necessary to extend the serviceable life of the lift.\r\n\r\nFurther information on the requirement and relevant performance standards are available within the Specification.\r\n\r\nThe anticipated contract commencement date is 26th May 2025.\r\n\r\nThe Council proposes to enter one contract commencing in May 2025 with the preferred supplier, ending on 31st August 2025. On site work (6 - 8 weeks) July and August 2025.\r\n\r\nThe budget for this contract is \u00a3125,000 in its entirety (exclusive of VAT). Please Note: The Council reserves the right to reject any submissions that are over budget without further evaluation. \r\n\r\nInterested suppliers are invited to view the opportunity and apply by searching on the ProContract procurement portal under DN761650. The tender deadline for tender submissions is 28th February 2025 12:00 noon.",
