Description

Ipswich Borough Council intend on demolishing the existing structure at 86-98 Princes Street, Ipswich to create a temporary car parking surface. Vacant possession of site was obtained 12th December 2019 and demolition must commence as soon as is practicable thereafter. Current planning is for a new build office development; in the interim there is a proposal for a temporary surface car park.
