The contract was awarded via a mini competition under the NHS London Procurement Partnership (LPP) Total Facilities Management framework (LPP/2021/005). \r\n\r\nThe scope of the contract includes portering (including dedicated porters and waste porters), domestic cleaning, switchboard, helpdesk with CAFM, CAFM auditing, staff and visitor catering, patient catering, window cleaning and grounds maintenance services. Linen and laundry and pest control services, which formed part of the previous contract, have been tendered separately.\r\n\r\nThe contract shall have an initial 7-year term, with the option to extend up to a further 2 years, to align with the planned site redevelopment.",
