Provision of 24/7, 365 Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Services for staff across the breadth of NHS England. The service promotes a holistic view of wellbeing, supporting our people with professional help for a full range of issues including mental, physical, emotional and financial wellbeing. The EAP allows colleagues to seek professional help for issues that can affect ability and performance at work and also help colleagues return to work following a period of absence.
