    "description": "The DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) for Compliance Works (2025) provides a range of statutory compliance works to support ENP Members/Licensees.\r\n\r\nThese works are predominantly to social housing, private domestic properties, public sector and commercial buildings but may extend to other property types that are owned or managed by ENP members/licensees.\r\n\r\nWhilst the DPS would be UK wide, Contractors will be able to select particular regions that they operate in.\r\n\r\nA DPS is a completely electronic process conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.\r\n\r\nThe Lots are:-\r\n- Lot 1 Servicing and/or Repair of Air Source Heat Pumps\r\n- Lot 2 Installation of Air Source Heat Pumps\r\n- Lot 3 Servicing and/or Repair of Solar Photovoltaic (Solar PV)\r\n- Lot 4 Installation of Solar Photovoltaic (Solar PV)\r\n- Lot 5 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Lightning Protection, Surge Protection and Earthing Systems\r\n- Lot 6 Water Hygiene Works (including Water System Management and Services, Water Treatment Equipment and Products and Legionella Risk Assessment)\r\n- Lot 7 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Sprinkler Systems Works\r\n- Lot 8 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Fire Compartmentation Works\r\n- Lot 9 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Fire Alarm Systems Works\r\n- Lot 10 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Portable Fire Fighting Equipment Works\r\n- Lot 11 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Security Systems including CCTV and Access Controlled Entry Works\r\n- Lot 12 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Warden Call Systems Works\r\n- Lot 13 Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Intruder Alarm Systems\r\n- Lot 14 Portable Appliance Testing\r\n- Lot 15 Installation, Refurbishment, Servicing and Maintenance to Lifts, Stairlifts and Personal Lifting Equipment\r\n\r\nThe tender documents can be accessed free of charge at: https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=61c30682-985f-ef11-812e-005056b64545\r\n\r\n",
