    "description": "Birmingham City Council is carrying out a high value quotation exercise for the supply of Front End Loader (FEL) Containers.\r\n      \r\n      Birmingham City Council\u0027s commercial waste service currently operates a range of specialised waste collection services that is classed as \"Single Ops\" (Single Operated Vehicles), these are large vehicles that have the capacity to collect large amounts of waste. A big part of the Single Ops service are FEL\u0027s (Front End Loaders). At present Birmingham City Council is in the process of replacing much of its existing stock of FEL containers and needs a supplier to provide the new FEL Containers. These new FEL Containers will be in sizes 8 Cubic Yards (CUYD) and 10 CUYD. \r\n      \r\n      BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this high value quotation exercise and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
