    "description": "The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (\"the Council\") intends to procure a Framework for the Provision of Professional Consultancy Services compromising of the following Lots:\r\n\r\nLot 1 - Architecture and Multi-Disciplinary\r\nLot 2 - Project Management\r\nLot 3 - Quantity Surveying\r\nLot 4 - Mechanical and Electrical Engineering\r\nLot 5 - Structural /Light Civil Engineering\r\nLot 6 - Lift Consultancy\r\nLot 7 - Building Surveying\r\nLot 8 - Clerk of Works\r\nLot 9 - Conservation \u0026 Heritage Advice (Architecture)\r\n\r\nEach Lot has its own Specification which gives a general description of the requirements of that Lot. Individual commissions under each Lot will have more precisely formulated requirements and will be awarded as specific Contracts under this Framework.\r\n\r\nThe Framework will be procured in accordance with the Open procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.\r\nThe estimated value of the Framework is approximately (\u00a39,260,000.00) over 4-years. \r\n\r\nInformation and documentation relating to the framework agreement is found on YORtender - https://yortender.eu-supply.com.\r\n\r\nThe services performed on the framework will be in strict accordance with Kirklees Councils conditions including the project management handbook which will be published with the tender. This details an adaptation of the RIBA stages in line with the following:\r\n\r\n\u2022 Stage 1 - Project Initiation\r\n\u2022 Stage 2 - Project Development \u0026 Approval\r\n\u2022 Stage 3 - Design\r\n\u2022 Stage 4 - Tendering\r\n\u2022 Stage 5 - Construction\r\n\u2022 Stage 6 - Project Completion \u0026 Review",
