    "description": "Update September 2025:\r\nThis notice is being published to extend the duration of the framework agreement only.  All other aspects of the Contract Award Notice (reference 2020/S 182-440913) published in September 2020 remain the same.\r\n\r\nThis framework agreement is being extended for the additional 6 months as previously outlined.  The new end date is  March 2026.\r\n\r\nThere are no further planned extensions.\r\n\r\n===================================================\r\n\r\nUpdate July 2024:\r\nThis notice is being published to extend the duration of the framework agreement only.  All other aspects of the Contract Award Notice (reference 2020/S 182-440913) published in September 2020 remain the same.\r\n\r\nThis framework agreement will be extended for an initial period of 12 months, with the option to extend for a further 6 months.  This will give a total possible extension of 18 months.\r\n\r\nA further notice will be published if the optional further 6 month extension is taken.\r\n================================================\r\n\r\nThe Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, through its Commercial Procurement Services, wishes to award a single-supplier national framework agreement for the provision of a Secure Managed Service of Technology Assets to public sector organisations.\r\n\r\nThe Supplier appointed to the framework must be able to meet all aspects of the specification.  Client Organisations will, however, be able to contract for individual service elements of the service as required.\r\n\r\nHow to Express Interest and Tender:\r\n\r\n1. Go to https://www.nhssourcing.co.uk and click on \u0027view current opportunities\u0027\r\n\r\n2. Select the title of the ITT.\r\n\r\n3. A selection of the ITT documents are available to view without registering.  This will allow you to judge if this opportunity is suitable for you.\r\n\r\n4. If you want to apply, register your organisation on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once) or log in using your existing account details.\r\n\r\n5. Click the \u0027ITTs Open to All Suppliers\u0027 link (These are Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier).\r\n\r\n6. Click on the relevant ITT to access the content.\r\n\r\n7. Click the \u0027Express Interest\u0027 button at the top of the page.  This will move the ITT into you \u0027My ITTs\u0027 page.  (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only).  You can now access any attachments by clicking \u0027Buyer Attachments\u0027 in the \u0027ITT Details\u0027 box.\r\n\r\n8. Click \u0027My Response\u0027 under \u0027ITT Details\u0027.  You can choose \u0027Create Response\u0027 or \u0027Decline to Respond\u0027 (please give a reason if declining).  Note the deadline for completion, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the ITT.  Submit your reply using the \u0027Submit Response\u0027 button at the top of the page.  If you require any further assistance, use the Messages function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification, consult the online help or contact the eTendering help desk.",
